Terms and Conditions

Tuition needs to be paid via bank transfer at the time of registration. It is non-refundable. 

If you wish to continue taking lessons after your last payment period, please make sure to book again and pay tuition in advance of your last lesson. 

Scheduling: your private lesson will be regularly booked as scheduled, unless you tell us to cancel the lesson. Please be sure to inform us of your cancellation in case you are unable to attend the lesson. 

Cancellation policy: Cancellations should be made by 8:00 pm the day before your scheduled lesson. Otherwise, you will be charged for the lesson.  

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule a lesson, please let us know as early as possible. We can arrange a make-up lesson at your requested day and time.  

Tardiness to a lesson: Your teacher will wait for 20 minutes for you to connect to the lesson. If you are going to connect later than 20 minutes, please send a message to your teacher/school so that your teacher will know to wait longer.  

Your lesson tickets are for your personal use only.  ​
